PEW and NBC/WSJ Polls

You want to know why Obama is up so big in the Pew poll?  In their sample, which is not their sample when you add the party affilation, including those who are listed as Independant.  When one breaks down the poll they use 38% democrat 32% Republican and 29% independant.  I think those numbers are highly inflated on the independant side, this race is no were near a 52-38% for Obama.   Is Obama winning probably, but I am amazed at how in the boat the media is with the Dems.

The NBC/WSJ poll is not much better, probably worse.  Who knows what party affilation is?  Unless I missed it and I read through it three times, who knows who was surveyed.  However, if you look at the age breakdown what a mess.  Over 50 is only 46% and under 50 is 54%, with the 30-34 gaining 12% of the total survey.  This poll is so scewed towards youth that of course Obama is leading this race by so much.  This poll should not be worthy of reporting.

Rezko Watch

This is an interesting article about what is going on in the Rezko world.  This land deal sounds very familiar to what Randy "Duke" Cunningham did here in San Diego, maybe not exact but extremely similar.  Suprisingly, I do not see a special comment from Olbermann, or Kos going balistic, or Anderson Cooper keeping them honest.  But what do you expect from a media that does not even pretend anymore to be nonpartisan.

What an Obama Presidency might look like by August 09

According to Chuck Todd it is all over, and Barry is President-Elect already.   Biden said some fun stuff this weekend, if you call it that.  Made me think what would a Pelosi/Reed presidency look like.  They will be the real presidents, especially if they get 60 senators.  I have a few scenerios to this reality, that will happen by August since Dems cannot hold themselves back.

1) return of Welfare known as tax cuts.
2) single payer health care, do you really think they will not do this, no matter what BO says.  1,000,000 jobs lost in 1 year of enactment
3) increase in corporate and income tax.  Remember the dems, voted yes by BO, wanted to raise taxes on those making $42,000.  Another 2,000,000 lost jobs through massive closures and outsourcing.
4) Russia, Venezuela, Iran, and China will all reclaim land.  Joe Biden's words not mine, 4-5 international incidents before June.  Either Biden is a bafone, which he is, and leaking intelligence or he is speaking off the cuff his belief.
5) BO is going to announce renegotionation of NAFTA. If you have not been reading Canadian papers, Harper is already saying that if BO is elected president he and Sarkozy will meet to establish a EU/Canadian deal to overcome the loss of NAFTA, in fact those meetings are already occurring.  Gasoline will hit $8.00 a gallon and BO will mandate you to carry around a tire pressure gauge so we do not have to drill.  Oh and by the way watch an additional 5,000,000 jobs lost.
Come the fall the economy will be on the brink of third world status and Russia will declare that Seward illegally stole Alaska from the Motherland and San Fransico never did declare independance.  China will completely ignore all copyright laws, and destroy the remaining aspect of the economy.  Iran will walk into Iraq, and the Sunni awakening will become the Sunni resurgence.  Iran will attack Isreal to garner support from the muslim street.  Venezuela will annex the lands they claim are theres from Peru and Colombia, oh yeah those lands have tons of oil.  Brazil will mobilize and attack Venezuela on a presumptive defense position.  Has nobody not noticed Brazil is buying a massive navy, led by 4 aircraft carriers.

I know that this is can be a reach, but is it not true that Barry has said that this is what he wants.  Heck Biden even said so.

Last Nights Debate

I know that most people have already made their statements about last nights debate, but what the heck here are mine:

1)  McCain should have asked about Rezko.  He should have said that Obama continues to tell different stories about that old washed up terrorist, but what about his financier Rezko and how the entire Illinois democratic party could be destroyed by corruption that flowed through him.  He should have made Obama say wether or not he will keep Patrick Fitzgerald on the job.  Ayers has been said enough, but not Rezko who is a ticking time bomb.

2)  I think McCain did a great job of saying that the rhetoric of Obama is amazing but does not match.  He should have said that in every answer following Obama.  Just repeat the message over and over.

3)  Taxes he really hit Obama in the face and I am affraid America may not have heard it.  Obama=depression.  If Obama is elected president we will see the Carter Dow return remember DOW 800.  It may not hit that low but 2500 is not out of the picture if the dems somehow hit 60 senators and pres Obama.

4)  Abortion this could have been the knockout punch.  He could have said more forceably that Obama was so weak he could not take a stand when it counted, and how do we know he will do that when America is under attack.

5)  Free Trade:  McCain hit him hard here and nobody paid attention.  He rightly said that Obama would rather sit across from the table from Chavez but will not support the American Farmer.

6)  Education:  Once again I am affraid America did not hear what Obama said.  He said if it works don't do it.  That is what happened.

My perceptions last night of how they looked.  McCain was being McCain.  Remember when we said time and time again that Romney beat McCain but McCain ended up winning.  The samething happened here.  McCain looked aggittated but for some reason there are alot of Americans who like that.  Also, Obama looks more and more like a dictator in training, he looked angry that he was being challenged.

Overall, I think McCain won this debate.  I think these polls are ridiculous when you have over 40% dem sample, even John King said they were a farce.  This race is probably more like the IBD poll.
